Nairobi sex workers take lead in Coronavirus war

Sex workers in Nairobi have announced a raft of measures to help curb the spread of the deadly coronavirus.

To combat Covid-19, the sex workers have sanitizers in their rooms to ensure clients are cleaned before being served.

According to the Kenya sex workers alliance President, Phellister Abdalla, clients have been warned not to engage with sex workers who don’t have face masks and sanitizers.

Phellister said that they are on high alert when dealing with foreigners.

She lamented that the industry is bound to lose a whooping sh50 million following government’s advisory for people to work from home.
