Panic As Tycoon Tests Positive for COVID-19 days After Meeting DP Ruto at Karen
DP William Ruto has during the COVID-19 season met different groups of people most including church leaders and the youth from different parts of the country.
His health status raised eyebrows after businessperson Muteti Murimi through his Facebook account confirmed that he had contracted the virus some days after he met the Deputy President.
The tycoon who has since recovered from the novel virus stated that he decided to reveal the information to let Kenyans know that the virus is real and the guidelines laid in place should be followed to the letter.
Addressing bloggers, Murimi clapped back stating that his presence in DP Ruto’s residence did not meant that he had contracted the virus then as his was an ‘abrupt attack.’
He also revealed that his close contacts were informed of his state and took the test where they turned out negative ending speculations of the health of the Deputy President.
“Some bloggers are funny people and should just be ignored. Corona is here to stay but not a death sentence. All this fuss about my visit to DP residence is laughable….
