WCUC Keynote Speakers Announced
Four industry experts to headline event

MADISON, Wis. — World Council of Credit Unions has secured four distinguished speakers for the 2021 World Credit Union Conference—the premier global event for credit unions—set to be held virtually from 14 – 21 July. More than 1,500 credit union executives from 60 countries are expected to join the online event, which features a weeklong celebration of World Council through education and networking.
The keynote speakers:
Greg Verdino, a highly regarded authority on the “the digital now.” He is the co-creator of the Adapt Manifesto, and author of NEVER NORMAL: Uncommon Ideas for Leaders Who Won’t Settle for the Status Quo. He is known for his uncanny ability to forecast trends, spot the difference between fads and the future, and empower organizations to thrive in the face of exponential change. For 30 years Greg has worked at the forefront of change, advising 50 of the Fortune 500 and holding senior positions at a half-dozen technology startups. He is a speaker, author and go-to expert for a wide variety of media outlets.
Raven Solomon, a global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion thought leader and nationally recognized keynote speaker who helps organizations get future-ready by understanding generations, racial equity and their intersection. Raven’s mission is simple—to solve racial inequity by breaking down generational and racial barriers in the workplace, replacing them with empathy and synergy that fosters productive working relationships, drives business results and prepares organizations to compete in the not-so-distant future. She is the author of the 2019 release Leading Your Parents: 25 Rules to Effective Multigenerational Leadership for Millennials and Gen Z, where she shares leadership principles and practical advice for young professionals seeking to transition into leadership positions in today’s diverse workplace.

Ayesha Khanna, a Co-Founder and CEO of ADDO AI, an artificial intelligence (AI) solutions firm and incubator. Dr. Khanna has been a strategic advisor on artificial intelligence, smart cities and fintech to leading corporations and governments. Ayesha serves on the Board of Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), the Singapore government’s agency that develops and regulates its world-class technology sector to drive the country’s digital economy and power its Smart Nation vision. Ayesha is also a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Councils, a community of international experts who provide thought leadership on the impact and governance of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence. Ayesha is also the Founder of 21C GIRLS, a charity that delvers free coding and artificial intelligence classes to girls in Singapore. Programs that 21C Girls has partnered in include Code in the Community, a program sponsored by Google that has taught thousands of children (8 – 14 yrs) coding, and Empower, which has partnered with Ngee Ann Polytechnic to teach girls (18 – 24 yrs) the basics of artificial intelligence.
