The company intends to fill 12 categories that include Corporate Communications Manager, Chief Security Officer (System Intelligence), Supply Logistics Manager, Terminal Manager (PS 27, Eldoret), and Chief Chemist.

Others are; Chief Supply Chain Officer, Chief Customer Relations Officer, Chief Engineer (Electrical), Senior Security Officer, Security Officer, Senior Laboratory Technologist, and Water Treatment Operator.
