A Polytechnic Bans Students From Driving Private Expensive Cars To School Compound

Amid the flamboyant display of wealth on campus by students of Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Imo state, the authorities have decided to take a decisive action.

According to Sahara Reporters, the management of the insitution banned students from bringing cars to the school campus after raising concerns on the use of vehicles by students.

The announcement was made in a circular dated January 29, 2022 and signed by B .O Dara for the Registrar.

Students have been advised to stop at the gate and not drive their vehicles into the shool premises.

The school management approved only staff to drive into the campus as they would be identified by presentation of their ID card.
