Billionare Jimi Wanjigi Chased away From ODM NDC in Kasarani by Youths

Businessman Jimi Wanjigi has been roughed up by youth as he tried to make his way inside the Kasarani stadium indoor arena for the ODM National Delegates Convention (NDC).

Wanjigi arrived at the stadium in a convoy with his supporters in tow and demanded to be allowed in.

Once inside the stadium, he encountered a hard time accessing the indoor arena as the party supporters composed majorly of the youth charged towards his convoy.

Tension ensued between the two rival camps, during which Wanjigi had to be escorted to the Kasarani Stadium Police Station.

This was presumably for his own protection as the ODM-allied youth camped outside baying for his blood.

The businessman, a former Raila Odinga ally, was later escorted outside the stadium by police officers.
