Drama in court as advocate lands on a businessman with blows and kicks for not supporting his child

Drama was witnessed at Milimani Law Courts on Wednesday after an advocate assaulted a businessman sued by his estranged wife in a child upkeep case.

The advocate, Robert Asembo is representing the woman in the child upkeep case.

Asembo is also the former AFC chairman and former FKF vice chair.

The businessman had come to court to testify in the case but was met with blows and kicks.

The incident happened right outside the chambers of Magistrate Robert Mbogo who is handling the case.
